battle pets quests did'n working?

Hello. When i complete last quest (Bill Buckler
Quest Name: Bill Buckler
Location: The Cape of Stranglethorn. east of "Booty Bay" on the beach)
I take the follower to return to the Stormwind. Then I have to give me to beat the tamer's in kalimdor and the eastern kingdoms (After defeating Bill Buckler, you should get a quest called A Tamer's Homecoming. Upon the completion of this quest it unlocks both Battle Pet Tamers: Eastern Kingdoms and Battle Pet Tamers: Kalimdor.) but I did not get them. is this bug in my acc or just not working. If any one know somthing pls help .

same for me i cant get the npc "David Kosse" to fight .......
