Yes, I've seen it myself once (didn't win it though...). It is an extremely rare mount, so don't get your expectations high. The droprate is like 1-2%. Let's be generous and give it the whole 2. 1 mount every 50 runs. 1 mount every 50 weeks. 20-24 people who are rolling with you. And you probably don't go this raid every single week, I don't see too many people hosting it. That's not even considering insane amounts of ROs after the first wipe because people think the raid is super easy since it's from lower expansion (xD).
