Tenacious is a west-coast based guild led by players with considerable experience both here and on retail. While we're laid back, our aim is still to clear content and have a good time while doing it.
We have recently reformed (our core comes from Pixels and Brew). In that guild we were doing progress on T5, but due to several of our regular raiders becoming inactive we thought it would make the most sense to re-brand and start fresh. Our current goal is to spend 2/3 of our raid days focused on T4 and getting our newer raid members geared and attuned to T5 raids, with the remaining day open for possible T5 raids/pugs and/or possibly cleaning up any unfinished runs from earlier in the week.
We don't necessarily need players who are decked in T6, we just want players that want to raid and can log consistently and show up prepared. If you're new to the server, get your professions leveled up and get your baseline attunement quests done. Gear is fairly easy to come by if you know what you're doing and willing to put a bit of time and work in, so the main thing we want is players who are willing to do that.
You can apply HERE. If you have any questions about the recruitment process, contact an officer.
Raid Schedule:
Monday: T5
Wednesday: T4
Sunday: T4
The idea with saving T5 for Mondays is that we can potentially get more players attuned through the week. There may also be pop-up raids throughout the week.
Guild management:
Guild Master:
Tankatronic
Officers:
Gimmicks
Gelyria
Boogersugar
Aoetank
Moardotz

Steadfast
Guild Rules:
- Recruitment: Recruits must apply via the application section on the website. Once accepted, they will be will join the guild as a tentative recruit status using a plus/minus system. Recruits earn a "+" for every raid they perform adequately. Once you earn three "+++" you are promoted to raider status. If you perform poorly you will earn a "-". Each "-" cancels out a "+" (the reverse is also true). If you earn three "---" you will be removed from the guild.
- Loot is distributed by Loot Council for full guild runs. There are four factors that are taken into consideration: benefit to the guild, recent loot, degree of upgrade, and recent attendance.
- You must have Omen or DTM, and either run a macro to fix your combat logs or use an addon to do the same thing. We also strongly recommend that you use some form of boss mod (such as BigWigs, DXE, or Deadly Boss Mods). We use Discord to communicate. You must use it. If your role requires you to communicate effectively (such as a tank) you must have a mic.
- You must bring all appropriate consumables to a raid. Flask, food, potions, weapon buffs, etc. The only exception to this rule is for running low level raids such as Karazhan. Recruits who do not show up prepared automatically get "-".
Regarding applications:
You can contact any officer whenever you want if you have any questions about guild, but in order to get into the guild, applications are necessary.
We know, filling out an application for a guild can seem lame. It is, however,
the first step in a relatively short vetting process.
New recruits to the guild begin by filling out an application, which lets us see if you know what you're about. If your spec is all jacked up, if you don't have any gems or enchants (or ones that don't make sense), or if you can't answer even the most basic questions about the boss fights were doing then maybe this isn't the guild for you. Keep in mind, this content is about a decade old, so it's easy to look up the answers to any questions you don't know.
If you want to learn more about your class check out the old EJ forums for a wealth of information. There are countless different videos or websites that can explain the mechanics of the various boss encounters to you also.
We're looking forward to playing with you and hope to see you in game soon!
