Burning Crusade Faction Change back to Horde

Hello guys, i would like to know when you'll make the switch from Alliance to Horde (or the possibility to cancel Horde-> Alliance) change , since the population balance is not a problem anymore.
EDIT : (Since an admin locked it and said to me ' when Alliance ratio > Horde ratio) in the other part of the forum i'm not able to respond to him)
So basically if there will never be a stronger ratio of ALliance than Horde you won't make the change possible ?
It'll never happen and some people want to join their friends or their guild in other faction, at least make it possible for premium members or for people that already used the tool the other way (Horde -> Alliance)
