WotLK MMR abuse getting out of control and/or not punished?

Hi,can anyone explain why so many teams are dropping mmr ? Some are even dropping multiple times on the same team.

Here some exampls:

http://armory.warmane.com/team/imagi...ecrown/summary Such easy to get 100-0 when they start at 1.3k mmr, and paladin keeps dropping.

And the list goes on, i think something must be done fix or punish. Cause these teams are majority of the times top ranks and in any case they take a slot for people playng legit.

I wont even take in consider the "high mmr, no ques" argument cause thats how is supposed to be.

Yes, out of top11 teams 6 teams dropped in one way or another
