LF ICD add-on

Good morning guys,

From quite some time i'm tryng to find something that allows me to track the ICD of my trinkets, altho seems cant find anything "working"

I've tested already "tellmeanything" but for some reason, maybe my lack of knowledge simply not working. I'm talking mostly about STS/DV/WFS/DBW procs, i've also tested using youtube videos but still not working.

I've also seen in some guy stream an add-on that shows the ICD on the trinket icon, but cant find the name and a link of a working one.

Maybe someone can help me out?
