Gearing Up

Hey I am new to the server and just got my first character and I am a little lost on how to go about gearing up for ICC. I am currently sitting with a GS below 2k. Any advice on how to go about getting geared the fastest would be much appreciated :)!

You have a few options.

1.) Do quests, get money and buy gear with it.
2.) Level up proffesions and craft you own gear. (Or other things to sell de depends on your preffesions.)
3.) Farm the ICC dungeons Forge of souls, Pit of Saron, Hall of Reflection.
Start doing these on normal and hc when you reach about 4k+ gs.
The dungeon Trail of the Champion als provides you of some nice starter gear.

If yu have enough money you can de the Battered hilt quest for a weapon simular to ICC10nm drops.

One thing to add is grind reputation with different Northerend Factions, those can give you nice rewards as well once you get to honored / revered / exalted depending on faction.
