LF Guild to Gear up and Raid for a Hunter

Hello,
This is my first time playing wow, and I have recently leveled up a hunter to level 80. I have followed some guides and currently sit at 5.2k gearscore but my progression feels stagnant after reaching 5.2k gearscore. I am looking for a guild to gear up my character and also participate in raids though I am a complete noob when it comes to raids but I am willing to learn and be better at the game.
