A change of Hear

heelo guys , am new here have Mage in old lich king . Have exalted rep to ashen verdict. Acidentaly take healers ring... Now am trying to change it for rpds ring , but when i click quest to change ring i can't press continue... that isn't money problem... i have golds but cant click continue to change ring... what is problem? trying everything .log out and many of anothers... Now am deleted that ring and can't click continue again...

submit a ticket in game to a gm, I did and was able to switch my rings after they looked into it
