WotLK Hit cap for pvp

Hey, i used to play pvp as warlock with over 5% hit and never missed spells, for few weeks now I miss even 2/3 spells in a row with same 5.91 hit chance, did they change something? Its not that I miss rogue while he has cloak, I miss everything, warrior, hunter......

Should be 6% and even then you will miss against belf palas for example.
