Boosting through instance is allowed but boosting with leaving group and after tagging the mobs it is bannable since the game count like you cleared whole dungeon by your self.This way of leveling is allowed and it is NOT bannable.

What is considered exploit? The thing players do and what @xDroka mentioned above is indeed exploit in leveling mechanism but going with someone in group and helping them do quests and dungeons isn't forbidden.

The methods that were considered fair play by Blizzard are also allowed here. Mob tagging is not something Blizzard endorsed, and is exactly why doing such has not been possible on live servers for a very long time.
