There is also an issue with reverse boosting (reverse power leveling), whereas a low level with high buffs, heirlooms enchanted, etc remaining just below DR levels, can tag anything and cause a bystander player to kill said tagged targets.
That is far worse than normal boosting and should be taken care of.
