WotLK Can't complete Paladin Quest.. [The Tome Of Valor]

Would anyone know why I can't complete this paladin quest? [The Tome of Valor]?

I go to Daphne Stilwell. as it instructs, but it won't let me talk to her. I'm level 33.

I tried abandoning the quest and redoing it, but still the same issue. Any insight? Thank you!

It is very likely that the event is still active because a player died while doing the next quest. Try to kill any defias npc that are in that area, otherwise wait for her to reset

Same problem for me right now, but she ain't moving at all, she's juste in front of her house, a sword in her hand, no defias around to kill.
