Burning Crusade Lack of gaming exp

Good day fellow forum members,

Little intro - I've been playing warcraft for 2 months (1 month in 2017 and 1 atm on Warmane).
Situation - Level 60 Blood Elf HOLY priest.
My goal is to get decent set for PvE/Healing the group, and of course to climb up to level 70.
So what should I do?
I read guides about outland quests, BG etc., but would like to hear an opinion from pro gamers.
At this moment I'm farming money with mining for 100% mount so I can keep up or away with Alliance muffins.
Respect will be shown for any sharing of knowledge.
