whats a macro use barkskin and then cast bear form. any ideas? im to stupid to make 1 spend like 2 hr trying to do this

Since both spells are on gcd the only way is a \castsequence.

You will stay in caster forma for 1 gcd. Therefore I would suggest you considering a differenti use of barkskin...
