So i created an alt that i want to play as resto druid ( with dps dual talent later). I am going with leatherworking/skinning , and i was wondering what should i replace in late game for jewelcrafting?

I wouldn't replace anything. But if you are... Your gathering skill would be the one to replace (skinning).
