[ANSWERED]incorrect guild fights display in ladder

I want to understand how pve ladder is working. Our guild Advent have for example boss kill time on Lord Marrowgar in ICC 25hc 01m56sec and got 50 place
50 Icecrown Citadel Lord Marrowgar 25 man heroic 01m56,
but when ladder is open we see that
9 The Holy Inquisition Horde Lord Marrowgar 25 man heroic 01m54
10 Eternity Horde Lord Marrowgar 25 man heroic 01m57
So we must be at 10th place and there are too much bosses that shows us incorrect. Kill was done with 25ppl of guild members so pls can you explain why it works so?
