silly question, cant seem to get succubus after Carendins Summons?

Hello all, cant seem to find the succubus quest.
Ive finished Caradin Summons however when speaking to Caredin Halgar cannot pick up the Devour of Souls quest.
Am i missing something?

I see that in another post it states "Undead - Chain semi bugged" how do i get around this?
