Can I report a player who rolls for a BOP(bind on pickup) item in ICC which he doesn't need, wins the item and then trying to sell it? I can provide a screenshot.

Well no he didn't actually ninja it but he didn't really need it as well. It's about the DFO trinket and he already had 2 heroic trinkets. On my screenshot you can clearly see that his intentions are to sell it and nothing more.
