Characters missing

Hello guys,maybe i made this topic @ wrong section,i'm sorry if i did that.
Okay so,it's been a while since i visited this site,after one year and 6 months i decided to play this server once again but there is one problem,my character is gone (actually 2 of them). I'm not sure what happend,but i am pretty sure i haven't shared my account with anyone,so there is no possibility someone deleted them. I got bunch of screenshots leveling my character / raiding...
Character name : Imbcil lvl80(warrior),Adorix lvl80 (shaman)

I just got back from a long vacation from wow but i remember i logged in several times just to check through the last year and havent logged in since the last summer, but now all of my characters are gone i just have only one character my main... i had 5 characters out of which 4 were 80lvl... wtf happened?
