My account was hacked and banned, even though I did nothing wrong?

Hello there,
so I tried to login in-game as usual but I could not, then I reseted my password and logined here on the website.
Then I saw this: Your IP Address (31.192.111.175) has been terminated due to Advertising
So apparently someone in Moscow hacked my account and used it for advertising...and I live in Germany.
What am I supposed to do now?
