Reporting scripters on the forum and not getting a reply after 4 months

Is it normal that you report warriors with disarm and other scripts to 3-4 gm's even to the "head" Gm ,
and that you're not getting a reply after 4 months, meanwhile both of them changed their name recently
1 of them even got rewarded before with a gladiator tittle.
Where do we have to post our reports if pm's aren't getting handled?
I probably can place them on the facebook page or somewhere else but that's bad publicity.
Facing another scripter today with 300 K hk's , not sure if it's worth reporting him.
But warmane is having serious issues with 60% of the shadowmourne warriors & their disarmscripts
