Hello! We are <Novus> a laid back raiding guild based in the US of A. We currently have all T4 content cleared and are working on pushing into T5 progression. We need YOU to help us accomplish that. We are looking to recruit raiders who want to progress through all of the BC content with us! Casual players are always welcome.
We've been farming Karazhan for a while and recently have enough to fill a 25-man roster. However with this being a private server, people can and will come and go. So we are looking for not only serious raiders who know their ****, but also casuals that can fill the bench.
When raiding progression all members including officers and the GM must be flexible! This includes taking the bench themselves or using an alt :D
We have raiding ranks in the guild to establish loot distribution that are based upon attendance, performance, reliability, and attitude. While we are transparent when gearing, we normally run a loot council system to help us progress as a guild. However, it can still come down to a good old fashioned roll off for non BiS gear.
While we love to raid and progress as a guild we also realize that there is life outside of Azeroth. That’s why we are flexible as a guild when it comes to raiding. It doesn’t mean you can’t join us from hitting everything from Vanilla to Progression throughout the week! Here are our core raid times - although they may be a bit flexible:

We are laid back and love to party, and we love you bringing that party back to Azeroth and the discord from time to time. The only time we ask for mental competency is when raiding.
