Technical Been offline for 2-3 years, Is my character and everything deleted?

Title says it all, I've been offline for a long time and Im wondering if everything has been deleted because I cant see my character via player search or when I try to buy something, btw I have not downloaded the game since

Anyway they are not visible on website if they have been flagged for a rename due inactivity

So if I download the game now after a long time, I will have my characters saved? Only problems are the names which might've been taken?
