1. Better Off-Hand for Sub PvP? Cap for ArP and hit rating for PvP?

What's the best Off-Hand for Subtelty Rogue PvP? Is it Lungbreaker HC or Scourgeborne Waraxe HC?
And how much ArP does Sub Rogue for PvP need? 50%? 60%? 70%?
And how much Hit Rating needed too? Does exactly 5% or to be specific 5.03% still considered in the cap? Or it has to be more than 5.08%?

Any suggestions and recommendations will be very much appreciated :) Thanks!

  2. 1. Lungbreaker would be better for pvp because of it's faster weapon speed can proc a constant percentile poison more often (does not normalize with weapon speed): deadly poison, crippling poison, etc. This does not apply to instant and wound poison, because these are normalized by weapon speed (faster weapon --> less probability, slower weapon --> more probability).
    2. ArP percentage is based on your preference. The more arp you have, the better you are vs plate wearers but weaker vs cloth wearers. Try both and get a feel for them. Note: this only applies for subtlety and combat spec. Do not waste stats into ArP as assassination rogue.
    3. You only need 5%, period. No more, no less. This is the cap for special attacks in pvp (yellow dmg). It doesn't hurt to be slightly over 5%. The idea is to minimize wasted stats.

  3. Arp actually does increase your dps more vs cloth then AP builds do. Its just that the difference between ap and arp vs cloth isnt as high as its vs plate (for example AP build crit 8k ambushes into cloth, ARP 9 k, AP crits 4k ambushes into plate, ARP crits 7K, its much more noticeable vs plate, just an example), and AP builds offer free resiliance atop of their normal stats due to it being on pvp gear (so i guess if thats what the poster above me meant he is correct).

Theres no real cap (however, there is a cap of it becoming good which usually is around 40%, anything below is worthless), the stat just gets better the more you have, meaning at 70% every point is worth more then at 50%. Just simply get as much as you can (after you have enough hit). I.e, you can only get more at a certain point by giving up resiliance for it, meaning you have to figure out how good you/your comp/your partner can keep yourself alive. Usually thats around 900-1100. But if you can get away with 800 resiliance, go for it.

Somewhere around 800-900 points or so should be the optimal

Note that thats for arenas, in bgs you usually go with like 700 resiliance and just max out ARP as all you do is oneshot people and **** off.
