Technical IP ban

Hello , i joined again after many months and i saw my account has been banned for 12 yrs due to Suspicious Activity which obviously i havent do anything and the IP is from China .. ( i am from Greece ) . so someone must enter with my account. i can properly enter the game but i cannot access fully the panel .
