    Can I retrieve my old characters?

    Pretty simple, i heard server had a wipe, my characters are gone, i used to play on Frostwolf.
    Is it possible to get them back or are they gone forever?

    your account is from 2012, this means you have already recoverd your account ( without any character ofc) after molten wipe.

    So are you talking about MoP characters created after molten-down? In that case send an email to [email protected] to know what happened ( or by opening a ticket on website if your account is premium)

    Yes i played on molten, but also on warmane i believe.
