Can you instant level 80 on icecrown like you can on blackrock or is it mandatory that you level. Is there a paid donation service of some sort or anything like that. I want to enjoy a private server where I can play wrath of the lich king pvp based content and not have to deal with the leveling aspect blackrocks unique instant 80 appeals to me but their realm is dead
