Skinning in Heroic dungeons.

Hello, I cannot skin any beast in Heroic dungeons. Is this normal or a glitch?

Yes, the mobs were looted but i cant skin them for a reason...

This has been bugged for as long as I can remember. Works in raids (ICC at least) but not in dungeons
