WotLK Zul'Aman and the bear.

So last year arount halloween I did ZA runs for the mount. It had like 50% drop chance. Took a break and came back late march and I've done like 10 ZA runs now and no mount. Has it been removed or drop nerfed to hell?

The ZA bear mount doesn't have a droprate.
You get the bear from a satchel/chest from rescuing the 4 Sacrificial NPC's from the 1st 4 bosses within a time limit.
After rescuing them, you release them and they unlock chests or give you satchels. The 4th NPC will have bear.

Yes, the 4th boss bonus chest. Before the mount had 50% chance to drop from the chest when I did it last year. But now it hasn't dropped on

I believe it's been confirmed that the bear is in the loot table for WotLK at an incredibly low drop rate from the bonus chest.
(Yes, I'm aware that on retail it was removed in patch 3.0 to retain it's value - much like the plagued/black proto-drakes from Glory of the Raider).
