WotLK Need help low FPS

Hello, as the title says I have a low fps on dalaran which is weird given my laptop spec is quite high. I have tried tinkering with video settings and here is the result, on lowest setting i got max 28-31 FPS. On High settings I got like 15 fps. I tried to lower my resolution From 1920x1080 to 1280x960 and the fps drops to 3. The laptop I used has i7-7700 HQ , GTX 1060 ,intel HD graphic 630 and 8GB ram. And yes I have configured my nvidia setting to use the highest graphic for wow. Can someone help with this ? thanks before
