Realms Make the rules and moderate the global chat

Hi! I think there are no people who like the global channel in current form for obvious reasons. At the moment global channel is a "trash can", where is no way to find something you need. Global is VERY uncomfortable to use and only solution atm is to blacklist every spammer, which doesn't actually help, because people mostly use lots of chars to spam, and when they are done - someone else will replace them.

For example guild recruitment. Every guild recruiting on global types ~5-6 lines of text AND USES AUTOCLICKER with 5-20 seconds timer. They don't even need to be near pc or even at home - they can log some char, setup autoclicker, and go do raid/sleep/whatever else. On peak time global is nothing but a wall of text with guild recruitments.

Char selling is even more a problem, because there are more char sellers, they spam more frequently, and they use same 4-6 lines of text (+autoclickers).
Audience of char buying / selling is pretty small compared to majority of players, however everyone has to read their messages regardless of their wishes. Together with guild recruitments, it makes global channel a nightmare for someone who doesn't have unlimited blacklist addon.

Most of the players aren't anyhow interested in guild recruitments / buying characters, so something has to be done for the sake of your players.

Suggestions:
1) Make separate "Global" and "Guild recruitment" / "Character selling" channels
2) Make the rules, that "Guild recruitsments" / "Char selling" should be done in their channel, or at the very least limit the text they can use and intervals they can repeat their messages.
3) Use your gold selling detection bot to scan the intervals of messages, if some guild recruitment is spammed with same interval all of the time - make bot to mute such person (for 5 minutes for example).
4) Get a moderator for global chat, at least for some period. If you will add some changes - only way to make them live is to moderate the global (for example warning about wrong chat person uses for first few spams, mute for 5 minuts if it continues).
5) Announce these changes and rules on main page, a) to advertise new channels b) to make changes apply faster.

Global chat IS the problem, because "playing the game", and "playing the game with comfort" are very different things. PLEASE, CONSIDER OUT PRAYERS.

90% of the char sales are via the site, which in the rules is fine to do or all these people would already be banned. You don't need a recruitment channel because that's what Global is for. Most of the gold sales are via the site as well or these people would again be banned, Very few sales of gold or chars are not through the site itself. People just get impatient and want to advertise. Contrary to 1 persons belief Global chat isn't actually a problem nor in the many years of this servers operation has been a problem. The only extra channel I could see being useful is an LFG channel because 80% of what goes through Global is groups. Which hasn't really been a problem for anyone. You are the minority, and by minority I mean maybe 1% if you're even that lucky. Global doesn't need to be changed, maybe... you do?
