[ASNWERED][Lordaeron] Huge amount of Important Bugged Quests

Good Day,

I would like to know what the correct way is to log a bugged quest?

I logged a couple of bugged quests and saw a whole lot more that have already been logged. Though it seems these quests never get fixed. Which is kind frustrating when trying to go for achievements such as reputation achievements and Loremaster. It also seem that a whole bunch of quests that used to work in Northrend are now bugged. Including an important quest in the chain for Sons of hodir reputation which also lead to another long chain of quests in Stomr Peaks for loremaster.

Thus my main question is, are bugs being logged incorrectly that they are not being fixed, and what is the right procedure. Or are important chain quest not important enough to be fixed?
