BiS for SP (PvE Set) in PvP

I would appreciate if someone know the best stats/items possible for a PvP environment but playing in PvE set (Bg mostly).

Sometimes you wanna try to clutch it all by yourself (ofc in difficult bgs at the moment they realize you have PvE set, you are going to be permatargetted, but in certain situations you have the chance to shine with that PvE set)

So... What are the best stats, gems, glyphs, talents to accomplish that?

You should keep using 1269 haste and then focus on crit/sp? 135 spell pen? A way to reduce that 289 Hit will keeping the BiS for dmg, or if there is no way to do that, ignore Shadow focus even if you loss 6% mana reg? Dispersion, Mind flay, Shadow glyphs?

Ignore talents like Unbreakable will? Since you have 0 temple anyways? Etc, etc
