Not receiving discount code while im trying to buy Gold

Hello,

Im new on this server and when i try to buy gold, it ask me a "discount code" that im not receiving. My two factor authentification is enabled for 3 days, that's the seconde time I enable it but nothing change.

Make sure to hit the confirm button and ignore the discount section box.

I don't think you get a discount code for the gold trade, and I think the discount was only given at New Years so you probally don't have it anyway.
