Technical i have been banned for no reason!!!

I want to make it clear that I've never tried to pass myself off as a staff member, i would like to get unbanned cause never i have that intentions, i usually play with some friend in a non-casual way to get some fun like as way to avoid the stress, i just play for fun, I always avoid all kinds of problems and I would never risk my account since I have invested a lot of time to enjoy the game...
SO my account appears like last seen on switzerland when i never been there cause im from central america...
