Technical Accounts beend hacked?

I just noticed right now that I cannot log into my accounts (multiboxing) except this one. It says that my account is banned(?) due to advertising. In addition to that I saw this "Last seen: 1 day ago from Bulgarien" but I am from germany so I think I got hacked. Is there any way to get my accounts unbanned or is there a way to contact a GM/Supporter ?

There are some gold sellers that seemingly never run out of accounts with level 80 characters despite being banned permanently several times a day. Personally, I am starting to suspect there might be some security problem in Molten's servers.
