Moving the mini map moves the whole quest tracker, need some help

Hello, I recently downloaded the wrath of the lich king 3.3.5 version of sexy map. But with this version when I move the mini map It moves the whole quest tracker. So I was wondering if anyone knows a fix to this or a flat out way to disable and replace the default quest tracker.

There's option to show movers. 1st move map to place you want, then the rest.
