Realms Suggestion with GM ticket Answers

Greetings!!

I've found some issues on the game, and I decided to make a ticket about it, but I got the unpleasant surprise of getting the exact Bugtracker stock answer twice!!
The issue is that in Lordaeron realm, in Silvermoon, there are 2 NPC's that shouldn't be there (I personally don't know if it happens on other zones of the game).
From my experience as GM on other servers, it's easy to delete a NPC to make it to not spawn anymore.

I understand that there are a lot of players and tickets, and maybe GM's can't look very carefully at the issues because of the many tickets, but I don't think that's an excuse to reply twice with the same answer, which doesen't even correspond with the issue.
From the outside, it seems like it doesen't matter which is the issue, if it's ingame, we have to go to the Bugtracker...

GMs are not developers. They can not modify database to stop NPC from spawning. You have to post on bug tracker. This is still not the right place for that.
