[ANSWERED]Cannot see npc and player when come to townlong stepps

Seem no1 answer my post in support Q/A, no helping from in-game GM, so i bring my bugged here hopefully some staffs could help me. My character in-game name buun (frostwolf server), when i fly to shado-pan garrison in townlong stepps zone, i cannot see any npc and player there ( 1 friend helped me by join party and we go together, he was disappeared instantly when we started entering townlong stepps, seem like my game bring me to another dimension) i tried to clear my cache, my wtf folder, interface, but nothing helps. I cannot even chat on global => technically im not in the same world like everyone else. I had to relog out site townlong stepps if i want to see npc and players again that out site that zone.

1 guy in-game told me that i might fix that problem if i relog my game in isle of thunder, but i cannot go there by myself cause i cannot see the npc which teleport me there, so please could GM teleport my character to isle of thunder so i could fix this or somehow fix it for me?

Also when i log in my horde character, everything seems fine, i could see the npc, etc...
I feel like my character is on different dimension with whole server

It sounds to me like you are stuck a phase. Please submit in-game ticket a Game Master will help you with that.
