Realms Names.

I'm not sure it would be website cause it's about in game but there are so many names that are taken by like level 2s and 3s that aren't active and i think there should be a thing where if someone ones a name that an inactive low level has they make a ticket and that guy is forced to namechange and the name be given to the other person. It might not be that big a deal but its annoying changing names or making new chars and seeing who has the name is a level 3 who has no activity in like months...
