My character disappeared.

Hello.
I had 3 years ago rogue level 80 with clothes that I bought with points. He was in Icecrown.
Why my character disappeared from my account?
I came back after a long time but I couldn't see my character that I played alot. I had more characters, where are they?
I want to come back to this community, but I can't move on without my characters...

3 years ago there was Deathwing and Ragnaros not Icecrown. They merged into Icecrown 2 years ago. Inactive characters had to be transferred to the new realm using a feature on website. You can try to make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected] but those characters most likely can not be restored anymore.
