Site Coins not delivered after donation.

I donated to the site using a subway gift card about 3 hours ago and my coins have still not been delivered. It says it takes up to 30 minutes so I am concerned that something is wrong. I tried to contact warmane using their [email protected] account but have not received a reply. I can't open a ticket on the site because there is no option to do so unless you want to petition a banned account... I would like any assistance possible with this issue. Hopefully Warmane staff visit this forum and help me out!
