WotLK dungeon and raid maps

Hi guys. Hoping you can help me. I've done a raid or two. I am not familiar with the layout of these raids. So my problem is.....I get lost. "insert laugh here"
Is there some tip or trick or addon that can help me. To show me where to go...it all seems so confusing. By the time I get to the others the raid is finished.
Please help me?

You mean to say that you get invited into raids and they do the raid without you? This seems incredibly strange...the old school way to do what you are trying to do is to follow everyone else until you memorize it on your own...
