I lost my charachters

I used to play in your server at 2015 and i decided to play again now and my charachters are deleted

on what realm were they? Deathwing/Ragnaros ?

Those 2 realms have been merged into "Icecrown" so in that case you have to send an email to [email protected] to know if it is possible to recover them ( or by opening a ticket on website if premium account)
