Technical account compromised

I just received an email saying my account password was changed then i recovered my account and it says Your IP Address (xx.xxx.xx.xx) has been terminated due to Advertising just wondering if anything is wrong with my account now i do play every great once in awhile also it wont allow me to open a support ticket

Ure not alone in ur problem. But i still have no answer from the Staff on email or another way..
