That's most likely a server side issue - I think I remember seeing it myself. If you keep running into missing models then maybe try another client, but usually client issues will literally just cause a crash.
EDIT: It's from WoD models, I remember seeing it back when I used them.
WOD models is when you download the "normal" wow client from warmane website, it has character models from Warlords of Dreanor expansion and its abit buggy when used on wotlk client.
We are using the "old" wow client, with original character models.
