[ANSWERED]Change faction

Hello,
I change my faction with vote points for hero (Zzxxcv) but i cant log in with my character.
When i try to log in there is a message that says "Login failed"
Please help.

To me, that doesn't sound like a faction change issue. Try resetting your password if you get this message during login to your account.
