I would like to ask if you return the coin for buying a blackrock item. Since I bought a coin and bought a bauble item for 20 coins and you gave a trinket for honors a week and I lost my money. In addition, I bought this item in error because of my brother playing it. I have already written a ticket but you have not helped me.

There's actually something in the ToS for this game that explicitly says that the security of your account lies solely on you, and sharing your account is a big no no.
You chose to share your account with your brother, so you chose to allow him to do whatever he wanted, including buying the wrong item.

you have a 24 hrs to return a misbuy, they always have for me even when it's really stupid (thought i could skip the icc rep farm lolnope) shouldn't have shared account
