Burning Crusade Transfer intems and gold for characters

Hello.
Could u help me for 1 question:

I want to transfer some intems and gold from my ally's character to my character on horde.
can i do it by black market?

Or it will be breaking the rules of the game, and i can't do it?

The only way to do this is via a faction change or using the Neutral AH (yet this is pretty much out of order due to sniper bots who snags your auction in less than 1 second).

i dont want to have a ban for this.....

You won't get a ban for transfering stuff over the neutral AH as that has never been banable. However, it is risky as they seem to have a really hard time banning sniper bots.
